Those who born in the 80s' should know all about the JOEs'.Well, the story in this movie is set at Brussels-based GIJOE, an acronym for the Global Integrated Joint Operating Entity, and revolves around an international co-ed force of operatives who use high-tech equipment to battle the growing menace of Cobra, an evil organization headed by a Scottish arms dealer, Destro from plunging the world into chaos.
