YOU are "YOU"

I've always wonder...

Nearly all rich and powerful people are not notably talented, educated, charming or good-looking.

This people become rich and powerful by wanting to be rich and powerful.

The vision of where or who you want to be is the greatest asset you have.

Without having a GOAL it's difficult to score.

So, ask yourself; why do we want to strive for excellence? Is this really important to us?

If yes, how good do you want to be then?

- Quite good
- Good
- Very Good
- Best
- The Very Best

But, have you noticed how the cleverest people at school are not those who make it in life? (Which is very true rite.)

As long as the goal is there, there is no limit to anyone's achievement. So be it, if you are the top achiever in school, if you don't have goals, clear goals in mine. I can say , 80% of you wouldn't succeed. (Just part of my theory)

I've heard a lot of people telling me that, I'll do this and I'll do that if I had the chance. Enough with the "What If".. Stop thinking about it. Whatever it is.. just don't look for the next opportunity. The one you have in hand is the opportunity... We are always waiting for the perfect thing to come. But it almost never happens.

Let me give you an example on this; You're probably working on a project or assignment right now and saying, "This is nothing important and let's just deal with it and get it over with. We'll make the next one good." Whatever you are doing right now, that's the one. Make it the best you possibly can. It may not be great, but at least you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you did the best you possibly could and you may learn something from it.

Opportunities are everywhere. Don't look so far ahead first, it is just the reach of your hands in front of you. So grab it while it's still there. Like what Author Paul Arden said; "It's not how good you are, It's how good you want to be". If you don't have plans and do not have goals, whatever opportunities comes, you will end up losing it.

Always remember this; there's no one night success. People fail, Powerful and Rich people fail before too. 'You fail, and fail again' It doesn't matter. The person who doesn't make mistakes is unlikely to make anything. Benjamin Franklin have had 10,000 ideas that didn't work. But did he failed? Yes. But just look at him, he made history. Isn't he famous? Yes, very famous indeed. Benjamin Franklin understood one theory which he believes that failures and false starts are a precondition of success. Failure was a major contributor to its success. So, in another word, you just got to fail before you succeed. "Learn from your MISTAKES, eventually you'll play your cards right after that".

Well, Success is going from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm. You just got to keep the fire in you fired up and whatever it is, you got to draw the line somewhere too. Right? It's always better to fail in originality, than to succeed in imitation. So, strive on y'all. :)
